For the trainee who wants the flexibility of pursuing their goals on their own, but wants the guidance of an expertly crafted program.
The process starts with a SMART (specific measurable achievable realistic and timely) goal setting session and a full physical assessment. This ensures that the program is tailored specifically to you (your goals, strengths and weaknesses)
Each program is 6-12 weeks in length, consisting of several cycles. Please see our programs page for more detailed information.
Weekly consultation - each week follow up emails will be sent to address questions/concerns, solve problems that have arisen or celebrate successes!
Continual progression - once your first program has been completed, come back in for another assessment and sign up for your next 6-12 week program.
